Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

VoidOrigin (“VoidOrigin,” “we,” “us”) is a dev lab operating the website at voidorigin.com and the Socket Trader application. “You” means the person accepting these terms and using our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You must not be located in a country subject to U.S. government sanctions, and you must not be on any U.S. restricted-person list. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your login credentials and WebSocket token secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to reverse-engineer the product, scrape content, bypass rate limits, or abuse the signal feed.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at sign-up until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or via the contact form. Cancellation ends auto-renewal; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated. Fees are charged in US dollars. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and, for crypto payments, by our third-party processor; their terms also apply.

We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice before your next renewal. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before it applies. We do not refund partial months except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Not Investment Advice

VoidOrigin is not a registered CTA, broker, or investment adviser. The signals, statistics, and educational content are impersonal and general. They are not personalized advice and should not be treated as such. You trade at your own risk. Read our Risk Disclosure and General Disclaimer in full.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish VoidOrigin signals or content to third parties.
• Share your account, WebSocket token, or subscription with any other person or entity.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Socket Trader application.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or mislead others.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures.
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where doing so would be illegal.

7. Intellectual Property

VoidOrigin and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including the software, designs, strategies, documentation, and brand assets. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own trading and learning. No other rights are granted. Feedback you send us may be used without compensation or attribution.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SIGNALS WILL BE TIMELY, ERROR-FREE, OR PROFITABLE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VOIDORIGIN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VOIDORIGIN IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VoidOrigin and its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your trading activity.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for activity that, in our reasonable judgment, places other users, our systems, or us at risk. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion via the contact form.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court. You and VoidOrigin waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. If this arbitration clause is held unenforceable, the dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
